I would like to give a big shout out to one of your travel agents Pat Clements, at Maritime travel in Penticton, BC at the Cherry Lane Mall. Pat has been my travel agent for the past year and she has been incredibly helpful in not just planning our vacations, but planning with our needs in mind. I have to travel with a service dog which makes planning even more difficult. Our first trip that Pat helped us organize was a cruise with Royal Caribean to Alaska for August 2023. Not only had we never gone on a cruise before, but we also had never travelled with a service dog before. Pat did all the leg work and called the cruise line to see what the process was to bring a dog on board. As we were new to cruising, and Pat had cruised alot, she explained every step for us from getting on the cruise ship, to what we would experience on board and getting off the cruise. She aleviated all the anxiety I had and made the whole experience amazing. Pat also made sure we could always contact her while we were on board should we have any questions. This year Pat helped us book another cruise to Hawaii as well as flights to Montreal. Again, Pat went out of her way as booking a flight with a service dog is not just a simple click of a mouse but a rather long telephone conversation with West Jet's care team. Pat also made sure that my daughter's 300 year old violin could be carried on the plane as well. Pat exceeded every expectation I had when working with a travel agent. We would be traveling if it wasn't for Pat.

Too funny to open up my email and see you sent me one. I was just thinking about you because I saw your business card and I should let you know how our trip was. It was awesome. So happy we decided on this resort. We did drive by the other one and would not have been happy. Way too far out of town. I would recommend paradise village to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation. The university kids loved it. They didn't want a resort for all sorts of activities. They just wanted to chill and read books by the beach which was perfect. Thanks again. Faced with an urgent need to travl owing to my father-in-law's serious illness, Pat undertook a fairly complicated travel routing for me involving a number of transits and an overnight layover in Vancouver. My wife Heather and I were so impressed with Pat's presentation to the BC PPASS (Post Polio Support Society) we booked an Alaska Cruise. We were in total fear of what's in store for this polio survivor. I come with a power chair, leg braces, a CPAP machine and a host of appliances you generally get used to and trust, in the security of your own home. Pat turned these fears around by having such knowledge and expertise, it felt like we were in an executive club which "Membership has its Privilege".
