Job Overview

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the position is responsible for the tour and product development within all Ports. This consists of negotiating rate programs with venue and attraction suppliers, arranging private tours, and coordinating all aspects of the Holiday Escapes tour product.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist with the development and planning of all tours. This includes venue admissions, attractions, and meals.
  • Negotiate venue and attraction pricing while developing and maintaining the applicable templates.
  • Develop and maintain template for venue booking tracking
  • Responsible for the booking and confirmation of all venue bookings.
  • Arrange private arrangements for all cruise lines. This includes reserving the transportation, confirming the itineraries, and pricing of the individual tours.
  • Organization of the guide packages with assistance from the Ports Coordinator.
  • Assist with the tour and product sheets for all cruise line bids.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the Holiday Escapes tours including the negotiation of motorcoach, hotel and venue pricing and itinerary planning.

  • Comfortable working with technology and in particular Microsoft Excel.
